WEB ANALYTICS
We use Umami Cloud to understand aggregate website use and improve content and performance. The service measures page views, referring URLs, browser and operating-system information, device type, country-level location and web-performance metrics.
Umami uses standard connection data, including the IP address and user agent, to create an anonymous session identifier and determine approximate location. Umami states that personally identifiable information is not stored. The tracker uses no cookies, runs only on our listed domains and is configured to respect your browser's Do Not Track setting. We do not use it for advertising, cross-site tracking or individual profiling.

HOSTING
This website is hosted by Vercel. Like any website, visiting it causes standard technical connection data — such as your IP address, the pages you request and basic browser information — to be processed by our hosting provider in order to deliver the site to you. This may include technical logs kept by the provider.
COOKIES AND BROWSER STORAGE
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. It uses cookie-free Umami web analytics as described above. It may also keep up to five small first-party entries in your browser, used only for functions you actively use. They are not used for advertising or profiling, and you can remove them at any time in your browser settings.

- Keeps the current Daylight / Afterglow state. On sundaze.life it may include the next solar transition and a temporary manual choice; on sundaze.app it keeps the display preference you explicitly choose.
- sz_idx_cue_seen
- Remembers that the one-time INDEX hint has been shown.
- sz_intro_seen
- Remembers, for the current session only, that the opening sequence has played.
- sundaze:pip-standalone-v0:locale
- Keeps the interface language you choose for the PIP founder prototype. It contains no conversation text.
- sundaze_presence_return_loop_v0
- Only after you explicitly choose PIP IT, keeps the exact seed-line and return time you selected, plus the minimal local lifecycle metadata needed for Trace and Return: a random record ID, source marker, creation and consent timestamps, current status, and—when relevant—record relation and return or release timestamps. It stores no transcript, account identifier or cloud copy; you can delete individual records or clear all local PIP records inside the prototype.
FONTS AND MEDIA
Fonts and images are served by this website itself, rather than loaded from third-party font or media services.
